Based in Chicago (where Tortoise and Slint were also known), and formed in 1998, the trio formed by Zelienople is the sum of the ashes of local Rock and Jazz groups.
United by the same dislike of Rock music, Brian Harding (Claviers / Guitar / Clarinet), Matt Christensen (Basse / Guitar . Singing) and Mike Weiss (Battery) mix a psychedelic Drone that takes shape during long jam sessions in the studio, which would be closer to the choice of Crescent or Bark Psychosis.
