Within The Ruins

Within The Ruins , founded by guitarist Joe Cocchi and drummer Kevin McGuill was born in 2003 in Westfield, Massachusetts. After two EPs in 2005 and 2006, the band was spotted by Victory Records thanks to its Metalcore/Technical Deathcore, embellished with Electro's touch giving it a little barred side, and released its first album, Creatures , in 2009. That same year there was a change of singer and Tim Goergen was the one who picked up the microphone. The band then followed the releases at a steady pace (3 albums and 1 EP in the space of 5 years) as well as the concerts and tours with sizes of the genre (Carnifex , Born Of Osiris ). Their fifth album, Halfway Human , is expected on March 3, 2017 at SPV.
