Vision Of Disorder
Biography
Vision Of Disorder formed in 1992 and quickly became a name in New York's undergrounds, with many concerts and their skillful blend of hardcore and metal, lurking on the thrash. Their first Still EP object was released in 95, then the first eponymous album was released in 96, followed two years later by Imprint, now a classic of the genre (these two were distributed via Roadrunner Records). The band resurfaced in 99 with For The Bleeders , a compilation of old republished songs. Their latest album, From Bliss To Devastation , was released in 2001 on Major TVT Records and shows a big evolution in sound, moving more towards the gliding atmospheres and dark melodies. In 2002, Tim Williams and his playmates split up, however sporadically performing on a few scenes, at the same time the first and Mike Kennedy (guitar) will try some things with Bloodsimple .the rest will be agitated within Karnov or DRAG. 2012, the end of the world approaching, the quintet probably thinks that it would be wise to reform and lay a last record, The Cursed Remain Cursed at Candlelight Records, before passing. It won't be because New Yorkers released a fifth album in 2015, Razed To The Ground , produced by Zeuss (Rob Zombie , Bleeding Through , Soulfly , Municipal Waste , etc.). Brendan Cohen : Mike Kennedy Battery : Tim Williams Guitar : Mike Fleischmann : Matt Baumbach Bass : Guitar
