Sleeping At Last
Biography
Ryan O'Neal: Song/Piano/Ukulélé/Guitare/Claviers etc. Dan Lost: Bass/Piano/Claviers etc.
Sleeping At Last began his career in '99 in Wheaton, Illinois by publishing a first EP: There's A Quiet Understanding. The latter allows the band to open for Switchfoot, The Appleseed Cast and continue this adventure by producing a first album, fully downloadable here. Capture (2000) has the merit of drawing the attention of Billy Corgan (Smashing Pumpkins) who immediately perceives the potential of the trio and has it signed on Interscope Records. In 2003, the label released SAL's second national effort, and Ghosts has a video clip for "Say". Follow dates alongside Zwan, Yellowcard, Something Corporate and The Format. Common point with the latter, their return to the independent stage in order to offer us last winter, a second EP, Ghosts of Christmas Past, and two seasons later their third self-produced opus: Keep No Score. 2009 sees the release of a new opus, Storyboards , followed a year later by the start of EPs projects, Yearbook , which will see the release of one record per month for a full year.
