Rob Zombie

Rob Zombie (born January 12, 1965) is an American singer and musician. After forming the band White Zombie in the late 1980s and releasing six studio albums, he formed his own band: Rob Zombie , and released six albums, the latest of which, The Electric Warlock Acid Witch Satanic Orgy Celebration Dispenserest , is scheduled for April 29, 2016. Zombie quotes Alice Cooper , Black Sabbath , Kiss , Mötley Crüe , Ozzy Osbourne , Ministry , MC5 , Megadeth , Metallica , Ramones , Slayer , The Damned and The Stooges as main influences. Rob Zombie's sound at the beginning of his solo career is considered to be psychedelic Heavy Metal. His then compare Mike Riggs brings a very groove and Heavy Metal sound, which allows Zombie to stand out from the White Zombie sound, adding also some electronic touches and a very dense rhythmic on most of his songs. Rob Zombie attaches great importance to each of his titles, even those composed solely of dialogues such as Call of the Zombie or The Beginning of the End on Hellbilly Deluxe. Each album revolves around a concept and is ordered as a horror film. We always find an intro and an end, beginning and ending with dialogues from horror films or scary atmospheres, interspersed with other sound effects. In parallel to his career as a singer, Rob Zombie is a director, screenwriter and producer of horror films, six feature films have been released: House of the 1,000 Dead, The Devil's Rejects, Halloween Remakes, Halloween 2 , The Lords of Salem and 31 . His collaboration with the Grindhouse project of the two Compères Tarantino / Rodriguez (Werewolf Women of the S.S.) and a cartoon (The Haunted World of El Superbasto ) can also be mentioned.
