Pinback

It was in 1998 in San Diego that Rob Crow (Heavy Vegetable ) and Armistead B. Smith (Three Mile Pilot ) decided to form Pinback . The duo directs their music to an indie pop rock at the strange and personal atmosphere. Following a first album noted simply entitled This is a Pinback CD , some Eps and a 2nd album, the band confirms with a 3rd album, Summer in Abaddon , on the excellent label Touch and Go ( !!! , CocoRosie , The Ex , The Black Heart Procession , Slint , Shellac ...). In 2006, Rob Crow joined Zach Hill ( Hella ) to form The Ladies .
