The group is young but the roots are deep. Formed in 2011 in Montreal, Ought foams the bars and cellars of his city by recording a first EP, New Calm, in 2012. The quartet, carried by a Post-Punk revival and broadcasting unbridled energy such as it could be found at The Feelies or Talking Heads, is finally noticed by the Constellation label, usually known for its Post-Rock releases (Godspeed You! Black Emperor , HRSTA , Esmerine ...) which distributes the band's first LP, More Than Any Other Day in 2014.
