OM is the stoner. The gun is OM. It is the semi-reformation of Sleep as it contains its rhythmic base (Al Cisneros and Chris Hakius), the last third of which operates in High On Fire. OM continues to seek the ideal Sabbatian through Va riations On A Theme in 2005 a theme divided into three periods, typed Jerusalem from Sleep, then Conference Of The Birds in 2006, the two recorded by the famous Billy Anderson ( Sleep , Melvins , Neurosis ...). In 2007, OM recorded Pilgrimage with Steve Albini (Neurosis , Nirvana ...) and performed in Jerusalem for more than five hours. A part of the show is recorded in vinyl, titled Live At Jerusalem. However, in early 2008, Chris Hakius left the band soon after replaced by Emil Amos drummer of Grails. The new duo quickly recorded a single, Gebel Barkal, released at Sub Pop the same year. A new live, Live Conference, was born in 2009 at Important Records, followed shortly after by God Is Good, OM ' s new opus.
