Nightrage

Nightrage is a Greek-Swedish melodic death band formed in 2000 by guitarists Marios Iliopoulos (Firewind , Exhumation ), the only permanent member of the formation since then, and his close friend Gus G (Firewind , Ozzy Osbourne , Arch Enemy ). After the release of three demos, the duo moved to Gothenburg, Sweden to record a first album. Brice Leclercq (Basse - Satyricon , Dissection ), Per M. Jensen (Battery - The Haunted ) and Tomas Lindberg (Chant – At The Gates , Lock Up , Liers In Wait ) were recruited to record Sweet Vengeance which appeared in 2003 at Century Media Records. The record was very successful, but this did not prevent Nightrage's line-up from being very unstable. Despite these difficulties, Marios Iliopoulos still finds musicians to regularly record records that appear every two years. Insidious , the latest, was released in 2011 at Lifeforce Records.
