Mortifera

Mortifera founded in 2001, is the meeting between two active characters from the French Black Metal scene. On one side Noktu Geiistmortt (ex Black Pest, Celestia ...) and on the other Snow ( Alcest, Amesoeurs, Black Pest). After an Ep that lays the foundations of their style and a split with Blackdeath , it was in 2004 that their first album, Vastilia Tenebrd Mortifera , was born, in a very melancholy approach to Black Metal. After the separation in 2005 with Snow for musical differences Noktu will release a split of ancient demo dating from 2001 with Sacellum Luciferi . The project was reactivated some time later to release a new album, Maledictiih , in 2010 via Apparitia Recordings. A follow-up was given in 2013 entitled Bleüu De Morte .
