Molassess

Commissioned by the Roadburn in 2019, Farida Lemouchi (Chant) decides to follow up on The Devil's Blood, ten years after her brother's death. She then surrounded former musicians of The Devil's Blood with Job Van De Zande (Bass - Dool), Ron Van Herpen (Guitare - Astrosoniq) and Oeds Beydals (Guitare - Death Alley) supported by Bob Hogenelst (Batterie - Birth Of Joy), Matthijs Stronks (Claviers) and Marcel Van De Vondervoort (Guitare - Astrosoniq). Released as Molasses on this occasion two new titles: Mourning Haze and Drops Of Sunlight at Ván Records. For legal issues, the band renamed itself Molassess with two "s" in 2020 and then released its first effort at Season Of Mist called Through The Hollow, still in a dark and psychedelic Rock aesthetic.
