Maudlin Of The Well

Off-standard training, Maudlin of the Well was born in 1996 on the Boston side: Out of standard by the music she practices, unique on the Metal scene, as by her important lineup varying between 7 and 10 members as needed, organized around a hard core composed of Jason Byron, Toby Driver and Greg Massi. The band will disappear in 2003 after having released three albums to better revive as Kayo Dot , amputated by several original members. In 2008, however, Toby Driver mentioned the possibility of a new album composed of existing but never recorded tracks. This possibility is confirmed in early 2009 but does not call into question the status of the group which remains for the moment dead and buried.
