Mammoth Weed Wizard Bastard

Mammoth Weed Wizard Bastard is a band from Sludge / Doom from Wrexham, England, founded in 2014 by Hoss Mandrill (Battery), Paulo Nuttertini (Guitare), Mark Huckridge (Guitare / Claviers) and Jessica Ball (Basse / Chant). The band quickly released an ep, Nachthexen, and a first album, Noeth Ac Anoeth in 2015. Their Sludge / Doom black, fat and smoky starts to make them talk about, especially thanks to Jessica's special voice stamp. A second album, Y Proffwyd Dwyll , was released in 2016 at New Heavy Sounds. The following year they released a split with Slomatics entitled Totems at Black Bow Records (Conan's Jon Davis label) and recruited Stuart Sinclair to bass, Jessica doing the singing exclusively. A third effort was launched in 2019: Yn Ol I Annwn . At the end of 2020, the group shortened its name to MWWB. In 2022, they returned with The Harvest, still signed by New Heavy Sounds.
