Lizzard

The trio composed by Mathieu Ricou (Guitar / Chant), Katy Elwell (Batterie) and William Knox (Basse / Chant) was born in early 2006 in Limoges and recorded his first demo La Criée the same year. They then staged the concerts and built a solid fan base leading up to the first ep, Venus, produced by Rhys Fulber ( Paradise Lost, Fear Factory, Front Line Assembly) in 2008, and to very good chronicles, classifying Lizzard as a band being in the same league as Tool, King Crimson, Sigur Ros ... In 2009, Lizzard organized a national tour by opening for some of the biggest French Rock / Metal bands such as Gojira, Punish Yourself, Loudblast and Enhancer. In 2011, the band went to Los Angeles to record their first album with Rhys Fulber. Out Of Reach released on October 12 via Klonospherere. A follow-up was given in 2014 named Majestic .
