Biography
Originally from Moscow and formed in 2003, Katalepsy made his little man's way into the bisounour world of the slamming Brutal Death Metal. The somewhat chaotic history of his line-up (about ten changes in ten years) did not prevent him from coming out regularly from the productions that kept him afloat. After Musick Brings Injuries in 2007, EP, splits and demo were the batch of Katalepsy until 2013, year their new album Autopsychosis . Despite the style to which he is affiliated, Katalepsy stands out somewhat by using less gore imaging (everything is relative) and focuses on the themes of psychology, the dark SF or even the Lovecraftian myth rather than the usual excrement and postmortem coitus.
