Jon Hopkins

A little gifted from London, Jon Hopkins began classical piano and electronic music very early on. After his discrete debut at Imogen Heap, he tried solo adventure by leaving Opalescent (2001) and Contact Note (2004) at Just Music. His melodic and organic work places him alongside groups like Seefeel or Plaid. This allows him to meet Brian Eno for Another Day on Earth , a musician with whom he will collaborate for a long time, including for his first album at Warp , Small Craft on A Milk Sea (2010).
