In Flames
Biography
Precursor of the Death Mélodic In Flames has established itself since its formation in the early 1990s as the spearhead of the extreme and melodic European north movement. 5 CDs (+ some MCDs, live) have allowed the Swedish group to build a reputation and respect for many. In 2002 with Reroute To Remain the band changed musical direction and emerged from the beaten ground, some shouted at the scandal of others followed and some discovered a band that had not finished to innovate. In 2004, Soundtrack To Your Escape , a new album criticized by many first-hour fans, was released, and the band directed its music towards metalcore sounds while keeping the harp of the beginnings. Certainly In Flames is no longer that of the beginnings but an innovative group that dares to change style can recall some great names of metal (metallica in the lead); to the great lady of certain but for the happiness of others. In 2006 In Flames returns with Come Clarity .
