Ihsahn

The first solo album by Ihsahn, The
Adversary finally released in April 2006. Ihsahn ensures all the musical work,
the exception of the percussions entrusted to Asgeir Mickelson. Influences
progressive, Heavy Metal, Black Metal and even Classic meet, making
The rather unique album. He releases on his own label Mnemosyne Productions , created
2003 with Ihriel. Man does not stand up, neither does his creativity,
very quickly he followed the albums : angL in 2008, After 2010, Eremita
in 2012 and then Das Seelenbrechen in 2013. Taking this infernal pace, Ihsahn released Arktis in 2016, an opportunity for him to plunge back into his metallic roots and influences. Considered
as one of the most talented musicians of the metal scene, pioneer of the Black Metal and claimed explorer, Ihsahn is an honorable composer
by his hometown of Nottoden, where he continues to help young musicians to
perform and teach music in a local school.
