Feral
Biography
Trained in the small Swedish town of Norsjö at the end of 2003 by David Nilsson (Chant) and Viktor Eriksson (Basse), Feral subsequently moved to the nearby town of Skellefteå, where guitarist Petter Nilsson and drummer Rickard Lundmark were recruited, as well as Markus Lindahl (Guitare). Shortly afterwards, Feral began recording demos and even on European tour with the Master legend in February 2009 and made a mini-tour with Six Feet Under in September of the same year. Between these dates, the Swedish return to the studio to record the Welcome To The Graveyard demo. With this band, it recorded its first album, Dragged To The Altar , in 2010 which appeared Ibex Moon Records. The release of this album is followed by a European tour with Swedish band Demonical. The writing of the next album starts immediately after the return of the tour, but the recording is delayed due to line-up changes when Rickard Lundmark and Petter Nilsson leave the band to pursue other projects, after recording the songs for The Deathkult , a split with the German Death Metal band Revel In Flesh , released by Joe Black Records. The band was then joined by former drummer Roger Markström. Where Dead Dreams Dwell appeared in May 2015 on Cyclone Empire, followed by theep From The Mortuary in December 2016. In July 2017, Feral signed with Transcending Obscurity Records on which Flesh For Funerals Eternals and To Usurp The Thrones released in 2018 and 2024. Sebastian Lejon (Guitare), who had briefly joined the group in 2007/2008, has been an official member since 2017.
