Fear Factory
Biography
Fear Factory is a sacred monster of Metal, and more precisely of the Indus Metal of which they are one of the founding pillars. By declaring Big Brother et al., Fear Factory is nevertheless focused on technologies and machines. Founded in 1990 the band recorded in 1992 a demo with the now famous Ross Robinson and later released the cult albums Demanufacture and Obsolete . However, it is following these successes that Dino Cazares, custodian of the sense of the riff of formation, will slam the door in rough conditions, following differences with Burton C. Bell. The group was first announced as dead and buried and then re-established. Side projects are multiplying, exits and line-up are irregular, but the Americans continue their careers, in the teeth of a saw. Fear Factory, cult band, vegetated for years, preventing its fans from completely turning the page, maintaining the hope of a reformation around the original core. It was in 2009 that the unexpected finally happened: a new album with Dino Cazares was actually in anticipation for 2010 and was released under the name of Mechanize. In 2012, a follow-up was given: The Industrialist .
