From the new wave of the American Black Metal, the group False recorded an EP in 2011 followed by a split with Barghest , then their first album in 2015 released by Gildead Media. The band consists of Niko (Basse), Travis (Battery), Skorpian Vanderbrook (Guitare), James Claypool (Guitare), Kishel (Claviers) and Rachel (Chant). Four years later, False made talk about him when he released Portent, a dense album with river tracks. Unfortunately, it will be the last opus under this name, the group deciding to separate following accusations of sexual assault by one of its members.
