Electric Callboy
Biography
Electric Callboy , formerly Eskimo Callboy , was formed in 2010 in Castrop-Rauxel (Germany). Quickly, a first eponymous EP was born and the combo followed the tours in Germany and Austria. We have to wait until 2012 for Bury Me In Vegas, their LP released at Redfield Records. The albums follow each other, allowing them to shoot outside Europe (USA, Japan, ...) with We Are The Mess (2014) and Rehab (2019) and some extra singles ("Hurricane"). At the beginning of 2020, the combo announced the departure of its singer Sushi (who founded Ghostkid ), who would be replaced a few months later by Nico (To the Rats and Wolves ) and a first common EP, MMXX , with the single "Hypa Hypa" which went around the net. Late 2021 / Early 2022, the band renamed itself Electric Callboy and removed its former titles from the platforms due to offensive lyrics (not counting the band's name). TEKKNO arrives for the re-entry 2022, followed quickly by Everytime We Touch (TEKKNO Version), a resumption of Cascada and a collaboration with Babymetal, RATATATA.
