Dark Buddha Rising

Dark Buddha Rising formed in 2007 in Tempere, Finland. Their first album, I , was released the same year in the form of a CD-R limited to nine copies. Then follow Ritual IX , Entheomorphosis and Abyssolute Transfinite which form a tristic. The band then began to emerge from anonymity, especially when invited to play Roadburn for the first time. Their fourth album, Dakhmandal was released by Svart Records in 2013. This year is marked by some changes in line-up, especially in singing. The band toured with Neurosis in 2014 and signed the following year at Neurot Records for its 5th album, Inversum . In 2018 the EP II is released. 2019 is marked by the release of Waste of Space Orchestra , a collaborative album with their compatriots Oranssi Pazuzu who exposes them on the international stage. Back at Svart Records, Dark Buddha Rising released his 6th LP Mathreyata in 2020.
