Group of Wilkes-Barre (PA), Cold World gained its reputation on the ground before releasing its first mischief, Ice Grillz in 2005 at Lockin' Out Records. At the end of 2006, the quintet signed a deal with Deathwish. To celebrate this partnership, the label comes out with a seven followed in 2007 by a cd/dvd called No Omega with rarity. In 2008, Cold World recorded its first album for the label, Dedicated to Babies who Came Feet First.
