Ad Infinitum

Ad Infinitum was founded in Montreux, Switzerland in 2018 as Melissa Bonny's solo project. In November 2018 she released the single I Am The Storm, recorded with the guitarist Timo Somers by Delain. Thanks to a crowdfunding, the project became a group with the arrival of the German Niklas Müller (Battery) and Adrian Theßenvitz (Guitare) and Jonas Asplind (Basse - Follow The Cipher ). This is how Ad Infinitum releases its first effort, Chapter I: Monarchy in 2020, via Napalm Records and worn by the single Marching On Versailles . It is followed by an acoustic record at the end of the year titled Chapter I Revisited, but at the end of 2020, the group announces that Jonas is forced to leave them for health problems. It is replaced by Korbinian Benedict (Basse) and thus the formation comes out Chapter II: Legacy at the end of 2021. Ad Infinitum returns 2023 with Chapter III - Downfall, also released at Napalm Records.
