Building upon their annual Halloween tradition, Avenged Sevenfold has released a new cover song, paying homage to the punk-rock roots of legendary band The Misfits. Their take on the 1985 track "Some Kinda Hate" showcases the band's mastery of metal and their ability to pay tribute to classic punk-rock influences.

This latest addition to their repertoire is part of a long-standing tradition where Avenged Sevenfold has been covering Misfits classics for years. Other notable covers include "Hybrid Moments," "Last Caress," "Astro Zombies," "Skulls," and "Halloween."

Much like previous installments, guitarist and lead vocalist Zacky Vengeance takes on the main vocal role in this new release, infusing his version with the signature energy of Avenged Sevenfold. With their latest song, the band continues to bring back memories of the Halloween spirit while solidifying their presence within the metal genre.
