US heavy-metal hardliners Kill Ritual are set to launch the next chapter of their career with the title track 'In My Head'.

The single is a precursor to the band's upcoming album of the same name, due out on November 21, 2025 through Massacre Records.

Steven D. Rice, the band's lead guitarist, producer and primary songwriter, describes the new single as 'the typical tale of the mentally ill being abused in asylums'.

The lyrics are said to capture the feelings of torture and hopelessness experienced by those undergoing institutionalized treatment.

Rice notes that the refrain features a distinct Eastern melody with 'dreamy/nightmare vibes'.
