Dead Heat Unveils New Music Video 'The Order'
Dead Heat, a West Coast crossover faction, is pleased to unveil their latest music video for 'The Order', the final track from their upcoming full-length album 'Process Of Elimination'.
The premiere marks the eve of the record's official release on Metal Blade Records on October 10th.
Produced by the band in collaboration with Paul Fig (Deftones, Trivium, Jerry Cantrell), 'Process Of Elimination' sees the Oxnard, California-based quartet pushing their creative boundaries to reach new sonic and lyrical heights. The album consists of eleven heavy tracks that serve as a continuation and progression of the band's musical style.
A direct follow-up to their critically acclaimed 2023 EP 'Endless Torment', 'Process Of Elimination' solidifies Dead Heat's position as a force to be reckoned with in the music scene. Thematically, the record delves into topics that resonant with the band's values, including their disdain for those in power.
Vocalist Chris Ramos sheds light on the songwriting process behind 'The Order', stating: 'This track is about self-awareness and recognizing one's place within a hierarchy. What starts out as being given something does not necessarily equate to earning it. Some individuals only feed off others' energy, leveraging them for personal gain whereas true authenticity prevails in its very own merits.'
The arrival of 'The Order' offers fans a glimpse into the upcoming 'Process Of Elimination', an album that promises to push Dead Heat's boundaries to new heights.
