The Devil Wears Prada Release New Music Video For "So Low"

We are pleased to announce the availability of The Devil Wears Prada's new music video for their track "So Low", directed by Wyatt Clough. The video can be viewed exclusively on YouTube and Spotify, and is presented below.

The footage was captured during the band's Latin American headlining tour earlier this year, with portions filmed on genuine Super8 film. This fifth track to be revealed from their upcoming ninth studio album, Flowers, set for release on November 14th via Solid State Records, offers a glimpse into the themes of frustration and desperation that underpin the song.

Frontman Mike Hranica comments, "To me, So Low is almost fighting the mundane, when everything feels flat or meaningless. You just want to set it all on fire and blow it up to get a reaction. Its about chasing that rush, even if it leaves you feeling worse in the end. The song comes from that place of frustration, when youre desperate to feel alive no matter the cost.

I love that we are able to capture Latin American cityscapes and habitation. It was a long time in the works to head back to places we hadnt been in a long time, and I think it adds something extra to the aesthetic of So Low. Visuals that weve never incorporated, different than whats often seen stateside all in all, its a nod to our loyal listeners across Mexico and South America."

This music video marks an exciting milestone for The Devil Wears Prada's Flowers album, which promises to deliver some of the band's most intense and emotionally charged work yet. We look forward to sharing more from their upcoming release in the coming weeks.
