Face Yourself Unveil New Single and Music Video 'Predatory' From Upcoming EP 'Martyr'

Face Yourself, the latest signing to Sumerian Records, has unveiled a new video for their latest single, Predatory. The deathcore outfit is preparing to drop their upcoming EP, Martyr, on April 18th via the label.
Drummer Eric DiCarlo took on directing duties for the video, having previously worked on visual elements for Signs Of The Swarm, The Browning, and other notable bands.
Regarding the song's lyrical themes, the band shared the following:
'Predatory' is based on a modern story with some metaphoric images. It's about going to a dance with a stranger and quickly finding yourself in a dangerous situation;
'Martyr', on the other hand, explores struggles through difficult mental health battles. The lyrical content on the EP is based on vulnerability and confronting one's own demons.
The record flirts between standing up for oneself, yet also returning to this dark place, as no one has a perfect linear mental health. Sometimes it takes a few trials to heal old wounds.
With renowned producer Joey Sturgis behind the production, ensuring a powerful and polished sound for 'Martyr'
The EP's tracklist is as follows:
01 - Primal
02 - Predatory
03 - The Poet
04 - Saboteur
05 - Sideration
